A: No. All orders are shipped directly to your door.

A: Within 2-3 business days, although in most cases it is shipped the same day your order is placed.

A: Shipping charges are applied to remote parts of Canada such as North West Territories, Yukon Territory and Nunavut. Shipping charges may also apply in the rare case that an item is extremely heavy or excessively large.

A: All parcels are shipped via courier with the exception of PO Boxes which are shipped via Canada Post.

A:Free shipping to the continental United States on all orders over $200.00. Low flat rate shipping on all orders under $200.00. International orders are by special order only. Send us an email at info@picpetshop.com. Tell us what product you are interested in and your full address. We will advise you of the shipping charge and invoice you is the charges are approved.
