Cat Fight Hot Sauce by 3 Angry Cats is a thick unctuous sauce with pepper seeds floating in it to give it a gorgeous rich colour. Pretty to look at and looks even prettier on your plate. The depth is from the Scotch Bonnet peppers that are overflowing with flavours. Makes a great marinade for almost everything. Its fruitiness is delicious brushed on white fish filets, pork, chicken or slathered on slabs of tofu that is then grilled. Try it blended in with hot plain rice with fresh parsley and pine nuts. Trust us, it tastes as good as it looks!
