Politically Incorrect Pets! Offers a stress-free return policy. Sometimes even the best of us chooses the wrong thing for our furry family. Just follow these few easy steps. Drop us a quick email at picpetshop@gmail.com saying you need to return it. All returns must be made within 30 days of getting your order. Seasonal items such as Christmas decorations are a non-refundable purchase. Please make sure it is in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Any items sent back not in re-sellable condition (unless defective) will not qualify for a refund. There is no re-stocking charge for returns. We will make arrangements with our courier ( or Canada Post if it is a PO Box) to have it picked up. The courier cost will be deducted from your refund.

Of course before we proceed you will be advised of the cost of the courier.

Any item found to be misused is not eligible for warranty. Toys are not eligible for warranty unless found to be defective.

Most of our larger items have a one year limited warranty through the manufacturer. Please contact us and we will help you along with this process.
